Comment:

 This was found on the first day of the B1 build in Shanghai, and is
 corrected in the schematics.  We debated about trying to ECN this, but it
 would have taken nearly twice as long to do the build, so the LEDs were
 left as is.  This will obviously be corrected in B2!
