 Good bug reports, ideally, would report SN, part number, operating system
 build number, and firmware version information.  This is available from
 the firmware and/or the file system of the distribution.

 But right now, getting that information requires fussing around, rebooting
 the system, looking under the battery, and the like.

 We need a little application to make this easy people can use to make bug
 reporting easier and more useful.
