 Jordan has a driver now that supports rotation for testing trac #76.

 We'll need to have Sugar support rotation.

 As soon as #581 happens in an upcoming build, the library should be
 present for implementing the UI.

 I'd recommend making the UI resilient against whether the randr rotation
 support is present or not, so that testing the new version of the driver
 is not painful.
