 the xrandr package and the libxrandr2 library package, so we can start
 testing rotation support.

 Jordan has a driver with screen rotation support we should be testing
 ASAP, (trac #76).

 Once we have a direct sugar UI for rotation, we won't need the xrandr
 package, but only the libxrandr2 package.  But having xrandr command line
 in the development builds is probably good to do indefinitely. (it's
 really small).

 At some point we'll update to randr 2.1 (not yet released), but let's
 start with these that reflect Jordan's current driver, which we need to be
 able to conveniently test.
