 It appears that pressing Fn+Gear is reported as F12, because we mapped Fn
 + 123...890-= to the function keys F1 - F12.  We shouldn't do that.  This
 means that at least for the Gear (View Source), it reports the same key
 (F12) as the Volume Up button does (F12), which is bad.  We should
 probably just not map Fn + 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/0/-/= to the normal function
 keys at all.
