 For sugar-love sake, we should avoid to listen on the filesystem for now.
 I think something like this would be a pretty good start:

 - Add logic to the bundle registry to update itself
 - Add a method to the Shell dbus service to update the registry stored in
 ShellModel
 - Make the UI listen and update on registry changes
