 On the new touchpad samples, when we are in PT mode and a pen is down, we
 periodicly get packets with the pt-bit up, some of them with full
 coordinate data, some with partial coordinate data, and some with no
 coordinate data.

 The last looks identical to when the pen is released.

 This is sorta annoying, but survivable at the moment.
