 It seems the Btest1 machines do not use the mechanical card detection for
 the SD slot. This is based on the observation that MMC cards inserted into
 the slot do not generate any interrupts (and hence do not work).

 The electrical detection isn't guaranteed to work with even SD and has a
 lot of pesky corner cases when using 4 bit transfers, so we should use the
 mechanical detection built into the socket.
