Comment:

 Expect Behavior:
 In order to save power,system should not connect wireless automatic after
 reboot.

 Disabling wireless on boot is very debatable. For the mesh to work it
 might be crucial for certain repeaters to be active.

 But yes, there should be a "disconnect wireless" button in sugar.
