[OLPC Brasil] GSoC project about democacy

Hi,

I'm going to develop an electronic distributed voting for the OLPC platform
under the SoC program.

I've heard that in Brasil some are thinking about democracy experiments over
OLPC initiative, and i'Il want to know about your ideas to enhance my
project and make it useful for the people who will use it.
