[Wikireader] english wikireaders and 0.7

The XO (the laptop produced by OLPC) has 1GB of space. 300-400MB of  
that are taken up by the system, leaving 600-700MB for other stuff.  
Our 100MB target is pretty significant in this context.  :-)
