[Wikireader] cdpedia and other reader-makers

Dear readerlist,

Here is the result of a spanish-language sprint in Python to generate a
wikipedia CD.    would be nice to have a single API to which different tools
can conform so that the definition of titles, size, and other features can
be done just once per reader/collection.

Has there been any other progress in publishing related code in the past
weeks?  I'd like to get a better set of pointers to what code already exists
for people who want to test it out on their own machines and perhaps
contribute back to a set of scripts.  A reminder of existing scripts:
