In any case, can you note down the Serial Nos. of the machines that hung?<br></blockquote><div><br>They are all out in the schools now, but I can state that the serial numbers are all in the range:  SHC13100D00 to SHC13100DFF, as all of the machines in this batch are from a single order of 100 machines.<br>
