It sounds like 5 of the 6 XO-1's do not have their Developer Keys
properly installed.<br>

If so, you need to install the developer key custom to each of those 5
XO-1 laptops:<br>

<blockquote>The XO searches for <tt>/security/develop.sig</tt> on any
media (not just the internal NAND). As of recent builds, there is no
longer any visual indication that the XO found a developer key in the
normal boot graphics. You can check whether the developer key was
accepted by entering the OFW prompt by pressing <i>Escape</i> key (at
the upper left, marked <a href="http://wiki.laptop.org/go/File:Esc.png"
class="image" title="Image:Esc.png"><img alt="Image:Esc.png"

Then the Esc key will then give you an OK prompt immediately after
