Known bugs which you don't need to file (yet):
- Any bad rendering of text on XO-1 and XO-1.5 (#12044).
- Please also check for Sugar bugs in the 0.98 milestone before filing
at bugs.sugarlabs.org to avoid duplicates.

Changes and fixes:

Too many Sugar shell GTK3 issues to mention, thanks for testing of the
last build.

Keyboard layouts not applied in 13.1.0 os1 (#12075)

Armenian language support added (#12087)

We now boot the kernel/initramfs from zip files by default, not
shipping unzipped versions. Only of real relevance to kernel/initramfs
developers. See
