I've looked into this just now.

The failing command is

	ok dir int:2,\

which is a directory listing command for the second partition.

Q3B22 predates the addition of ext3 or ext4 filesystem support to
OpenFirmware, so it won't work for accessing the second partition on the
microSD card when that filesystem isn't ext2.  OLPC OS 11.3.0 does not
use ext2 on that partition, and presumably nor does au215.

You should upgrade to Q3C05 and stay on that version or later.  Q3C05 is
compatible and supported with all versions of OLPC OS and derivatives
such as au215.  If you isolate a problem to Open Firmware on those OS,
we will try to fix it.
