Shashi,
The ruler activity also has a protractor with 2 modes. One protractor covers 180 degrees and the other 360 degrees.
Clicking on the protractor icon and grid icon in the toolbar a 2nd time changes mode. Experiment and learn.
Make sure the ruler is correctly positioned on screen.
Walter Bender is the last person to have performed maintenance work on the the Ruler code.
