Brief minutes. [By James Cameron]

Present: Tabitha, James, and Sri Lanka team.

Apologies: Tim [and Holt]

1. need to identify release candidates for testing, ... the release
engineer Chris Ball has responded that os20x series for XO-1.5 are the
release candidate builds. Announcements are made on devel@ mailing
list, and Adam passes this around as required.

2. decided to place test cases mostly in the OLPC Wiki, with reference
to the Sugar activities, the Sugar smoke test page, Sugar bug numbers,
OLPC bug numbers, and releases.

3. decided that a set of test cases will be created, rather than
release targeting them, since release plans do not exist in detail, and
that testing@ mailing list will be notified for review of test cases.

4. concern that activity level test cases will lag activity
development, and so these must include activity version, (because
activity developers are less likely to require test cases during
development, and so there may be lag between test cases and code.)

5. Tabitha mentioned the New Zealand activity test template, and
recommended it for review.

6. the XO-1 booting problem needs detailed investigation, James is
available for that for another hour. [Developer Key issues solved
in ensuing hour with James Cameron, Chaminda, Holt & All]
