What version of Measure is that from?  The current version on XO-1.5 is
29, and the toolbar looks quite different.  Your screenshots show
toolbar tabs Activity, Measure and Log.  But Measure-29 shows me
Activity, Sound and Sensors.

You can obtain the version by pressing F3 (activity ring or home view),
then Ctrl/2 (list view), then typing measure, and reading the number in
the column after the word Measure in the table.

The icon to the left of "1 second" is a label, not a button.  It is a
symbolic representation for the object to the right, which is the
logging interval.

The rapid and slow sine waves either side of a slider are also labels,
for the slider, and they explain what the slider does to the waveform.
The slider is a sample rate control.

I've deduced this by discovery; by interacting with the UI elements.  I
used no documentation or source code.
