One.  There should not be more than one decimal point in a number.  If
more than one is accepted, I think that would be a bug.

If you mean "decimal place", I'm not aware of a specification of a
maximum.  I briefly checked the source code repository
git://git.sugarlabs.org/calculate/mainline.git but was unable to find an
obvious specification.
