is this an error message?
can you get to an "ok" prompt? as the laptop is booting,
when the startup chimes sound, hit the ESC key (the large
'X' in the upper left).
i assume your laptop is "unlocked" -- i.e., that you have
obtained a developer key.
you should have these two files on your USB stick:
gg-802-1.img
gg-802-1.crc
at the ok prompt, type
copy-nand u:gg-802-1.img
to install the image.
