[Testing] Clarify whether this is an defect

Hi,

I have found in Scratch Activity, Start green flag scripts button is not
working. (Both in XO 1.0 &  XO 1.5 laptops). I want to clarify whether it is
an defect or not.

 If someone can explain this, it’ll be much appreciated.
