[Testing] small gitch with the Best OS ever

Charles replied privately that it was os850, Sugar 0.84.16, firmware
Q2E44, and the symptom is "showing the XO icon and a dot below it",
frequency is one-fourth of the time after a Shutdown option is used, out
of thirty tests.

I've asked him to try a few more times with check game key, so that I
can compare it to #9100.
