[Testing] Bug reports, was Re: Testing summary - 20 December 2008

Hi Tabitha,

I suggest just start reporting activity-related bugs right into the 
trac. I don't think you need a simplified form, just use the existing 
one and create one ticket per bug, file it against a particular 
misbehaving activity and don't forget to supply the name of the 
release/build you are running (say, in the title you can mention 
8.2.0-767). In the "cc" field you can put the nick names of the 
people you would like to get messages from trac when the ticket gets 
updated (for example, my nick name is joe, Mel's - mchua). You can 
also just put their full email addresses of the recipients, if their 
nick names are not in the trac's system.
