I noticed https://activation.laptop.org/streams/ still says
   latest weekly test candidate from OLPC	joyride-2263 (edit)

http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Olpc-update implies this would be used for 
`sudo olpc-update --latest weekly`
(http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Update_streams makes it sound like your XO 
consults this server once a day, but I don't think so.)
