[Testing] Can't build up MPP with image:593,595.

Wad, sorry, not get so much sense from #3595.

MPP with random-setting channel can't be detected by MP client?

I supposed the mesh client would scan the available channel around it. Doesn't it?

Or “random-setting” is a problematic behavior which will be corrected in later build?
