[Testing] Final review for Power Management Requirements, Trial-2

Thanks Chris!

After some more discussions with Jim, I wrote up a power management table (
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Table_of_Power_Mgmt), which helped for me to
understand all the possible states a little better. I linked to this table
from the Requirements wiki page as well.

At this point I think I would propose that the Requirements document say
nothing about the DCON mode since there is nothing that the user will see
and no way for the user to influence this state. DCON is simply our internal
method of squeezing the most battery life out of the product that we can.

Similarly, I'm not sure there is much to say about 'eBook' mode. If we add
this patch to Trial-2 (which I think we should), then we should be able to
measure a longer life, but the student can never force this mode. So a
requirement related to this mode might be:

Reading mode - The student will get >6 hours of battery life from the laptop
if it is used exclusively for reading with the backlight off. (comments
welcome as to whether we should include this requirement).

Here is what I just added for the Lid Closed:

*Lid Closed*

   - PW7 When the lid is closed on the laptop, it will have the same
affect as pushing the Suspend/Resume button (see above).
   - PW8 When the lid is opened, the laptop will resume (or, it may be
necessary for the student to press a key or the suspend/resume button)

Also, Jim explained that a key press, mouse or gamepad key press should
bring the laptop out of suspend after using the suspend button to get into
suspend. So I added that comment as well.

Also, I added your comment for the screen not shutting off if the activity
doesn't allow it.

Thanks!
Kim
