[sugar] Record-60 released

Hi,

The new gstreamer in joyride fixes the issues we had with my Record
work that I did this summer, so I'm happy to release it:

The new gstreamer rawks -- the live video feed is *so* much smoother,
higher framerate or something. Very noticable improvement.

Rainbow + gstreamer is broken at the moment, so be sure to launch
using sugar-launch, not by clicking on the icon.

There are a couple of quirks with video recording and playback but it
works well.

We also now have the support of Josep Torra, a gstreamer developer,
who has bright ideas for Record improvements.
