[sugar] [PATCH] Log Viewer overhaul.

Hello,

Eduardo has been maintaining the log viewer in the past but I think he
is busy with work these. Perhaps you could volunteer to take
maintenance over or to co-maintain :)

Eduardo, what do you think? Do you have time to review the patch?
