[sugar] sugar-jhbuild on Ubuntu

I'm building sugar-jhbuild clean on Ubuntu following 
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Sugar_with_sugar-jhbuild but I always stumble 
on the following:

I tried ./sugar-jhbuild buildone dbus-python and get the same thing.
I tried also:
cd dbus-python-0.82.3
./configure
make
make install

and still get the same thing.
ideas?
