[sugar] strange xkbd

Do you know which keyboard you have on your B4? Nigerian by any
chance? There was a bug in the xkb symbol file that may still be
lingering in 653, but is fixed in Joyride. Easy enough to edit:

/usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/ng

Look for the OLPC section near the end of the file. The H key is <AC 06>.
