[sugar] Journal view "flips" topmost entries

No activities shared.

My look-at list is (1) base system (2) Activities (3) sharing.
Have not gotten around to even trying collaboration (except for 
verifying that things like Chat and Write can be shared).

My guess is that "flipping" of the topmost entries in Journal has to 
do with "scheduling" rather than with "communications".  Though in 
earlier months my XO was by itself, and now there is often another 
XO powered up (and visible on the mesh).  But I have NOT tried to 
share any Activities between those XOs.  [Even which Activities are 
active in each XO changes only rarely -- I mostly use the CLI (in 
Terminal) in each.  I believe the "invite" palette of the XOs 
visible in Neighborhood view gets changed as the locally running 
Activities (i.e., those visible in new-Design Frame) change.]
