Unfortunately, this achieves almost precisely the opposite of what you are
trying to achieve. Under Qemu, pressing "Ctrl+Alt" breaks out of the
emulation entirely. Thus, with the standard Qemu configuration this patch
renders those shortcuts completely nonfunctional.
