[sugar] Punting 1.0 tickets

Good point. We can put this in the release notes.

Jim,
Do you want to start the Trial-3 Release Notes page (formatting, etc?).
There are a bunch of notes already written up here: Kqrelease, that you can
use as a starter.

I took a quick look to see if we can just clone the Trial-2 notes as a
starter and wasn't sure that was the best idea. But if you don't end up
having time to do this in the next few days, then I will do that just so we
all all be reviewing it and adding to it in a more formal location.
