[sugar] Build Error in telepath-gabble

Hi folks!  I'm Ryan Pavlik, and as I'm working on AbiCollab for AbiWord 
SoC this summer, you may be hearing from me again.

I'm on Feisty AMD64, and was trying to build sugar.  I'm getting this 
warning in telepathy-gabble, which is being treated as an error.  Any 
pointers to help or how to fix the problem?
