[sugar] Errors building sugar

`./sugar-jhbuild buildone sugar` should fix this.  You just need to
update sugar.

   > /usr/share/dbus-1/services/org.laptop.sugar.DataStore.service:
   > Permission denied *** error during stage install of datastore:

This is http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/1458 .  It looks like the datastore
wasn't tested under jhbuild before being pushed; there are many bugs
stopping it from working.  #sugar is handling some of them now on IRC.
