[sugar] Sugar Monitor

Hi,

I've wrote a simple external program called sugar-monitor based on
Developer Console, this program allow to see information about the
sugar sessions in a local machine reading the ~/.sugar path, at this
moment the LogViewer interface is just included... more features
coming soon..., path to download:
