[sugar] Bundle icons now required

Hello,

all the bundles should now ship their own icon inside the activity/
directory. I uploaded the icons we have previously in the system icon
theme:

http://www.gnome.org/~marco/icons.tgz
        
Please add them and release updated bundles.
