[sugar] LiveCD's builds working again

The LiveCD isos in our builds are working correctly in build 267.  They
can be used as a quick environment to develop activities in for people
without test machines or who are unable to build through jhbuild.
sugar-jhbuild is still the recommended development platform but we don't
want to turn away people who want to get involved.
