[sugar] [patches] TurtleArt+Journal

We'd concluded that after a stock item has been used by the child, it
should appear in the Journal, but it seems that the datastore dialog
that in essence is replacing the open dialog needs to be augmented
either by:

(1) letting the activity add additional entries dynamically from
outside of the datastore; or
(2) having a second, parallel dialog that is more like the traditional
open dialog, but bound by rainbow in scope and probably presented as a
flat (sortable?) list rather than a file hierarchy.
