[sugar] Building sugar

Hello,

I updated sugar-jhbuild to include the new dependencies and wrote 
instruction on how to build the whole thing on Fedora Core 5:

It should be relatively simple to guess how to build on other 
distributions so if someone would like to update the following pages...

I removed the links to these from the main Sugar page for now, because 
they are just confusing.
