it doesn't hurt to re-install I guess. &nbsp;Restarting Apache is trivially

But, to get it working the site says to restart the webserver <br>
(/etc/init.d/httpd restart). &nbsp;I'm hesitant to do that without your

guidance. &nbsp;Please let me know if its okay to restart the webserver,
or <br>
if that may run into the same issues we had in the beginning.<br>
