I'm having trouble understanding if this is really different from the
promises made in very recent years, but hopefully experts can clarify how
the rubber's increasingly meeting the road, delivering on these proactive
security promises :)

PS Jerry has observed that UBUCON is a free part of SCaLE this year, for
those attending those first 2 days, right on site there in Pasadena, which
I'd missed:
