[Server-devel] [XSCE] Proposal: f-droid on the xsce

I have downloaded the mediwiki directly from a link on xsce and also used fdroid.  If there is a link I prefer that, but I was thinking we should include fdroid as a download from the server.

Often times, users need to install apps on their android phone without internet connectivity. One application that allows this is f-droid.

While it is easily possible to download apks hosted by apache, using an application like f-droid might offer better ux.
