[Server-devel] Has anyone else seen squid swap.state bloat?

It's an issue I've seen with squid since the later half of the 1990s,
for some reason the cache just bloats out well over the configured
limit. I use to just toast the cache, re-init and restart squid. I'm
not sure if there's a more elegant way to deal with it.
