[Server-devel] khan_assessments.zip download fails

the kalite playbook attempts to download the 500M khan_assessments.zip using
get_url to/opt/schoolserver//downloads, which has plenty of space.  but it
appears to use /tmp as a working directory which does not have enough space.
I have read that tmpfs uses half of memory, so the problem will only occur
on a machine with smaller amounts of memory.  Is there a way to increase the
size of tmpfs temporarily?  I don't see an entry in fstab.
