SSL uses the system time, not the hardware clock, so you should use
the date command to check it.

	# date

(A misconfigured kernel on hardware with multiple RTC can show good
data from hwclock, but bad data using the date command.)

However, hwclock usually shows the offset between the RTC and the
system time, and the offset you show is very small, so my guess is
that the problem is not the system time.
