Hi Vanessa

Can you try:

gconftool-2 -s -t string /desktop/sugar/backup_url ''

gconftool-2 -s -t string /desktop/sugar/collaboration/jabber_server ''

then reboot the XO.


This appears to for me here with sugar 0.84 base installs.
