[Server-devel] buffer bloat - may be OT

I usually get annoyed at http://planet.laptop.org pulling in unrelated
blog posts (at least unrelated to OLPC or Sugar) and in the recent
past to pulling in blog spam from our http://olpcjamaica.org.jm site,
but for once, I'm glad the feed has pulled in something that isn't
directly related, but very interesting (at least to me). This is Jim
Gettys' post on buffer bloat.

I don't know if any traffic shaping implications will affect the
school server, but in the hopes that it might, I'm copying that list
as well.
