[Server-devel] Web Caching Issues

I took Jerry's second approach and configured wwwoffle to use port 3128. I was able to turn it on and set it "online", but whenever I turned on my proxy settings, I could not access the internet, but got error messages like, connection dropped by server unexpectedly. I tried looking for troubleshooting on the wwwoffle site, but was unable to find any help. I'm still working on it.... if anyone has any advice.

Once again, why does XS use squid if it does not handle poor internet connections (which is common in developing countries)?
